When I'm not working hard, I enjoy playing hard by spending time fishing and hunting in the great outdoors. My lovely wife Tonya and I have lived in Ames for over 34 years. We love spending time with our 4 grown children and 6.5 grandchildren.

Born and raised in Ames while attending Gilbert Community schools, I'm truly a local native. I may be a fresh face to you but I've been around real estate and property management for years. I’m thrilled to proactively assist families in securing the right home for these neighborhoods so near and dear to me.
Aside from real estate, I'm a wife to Bryan and a mother of four. Our Motto at home is "Pearsons can do hard things." We say this in our house when eating vegetables are hard - or when saying goodbye to foster kiddos that we love. In my spare time I enjoy running, reading and drinking wine and coffee...then coffee and wine.

I began my real estate career in 2010 after spending over twenty-nine years in sales and marketing. I enjoy being a dependable and steady partner in discovering needs of buyers and sellers, aggressively negotiating and clearly communicating every step of the way.
My wife Amy and I live on an acreage with horses in Boone County with
our three active boys. I grew up in small town Iowa and know the value in strong relationships in the community.
I love giving back to my community, schools and other local organizations.
Our kids are active in youth sports where I've been involved as a coach.
In my spare time, I enjoy team roping, trail riding and golf.
